Paertner LLC, registered in Arlington, Virginia, United States ("Paertner", "we", "us", or "our"), operates paertner.com and is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. You can contact us at hello@paertner.com. This Privacy Notice covers our website and business inquiries; the handling of information for a client project may also be covered by a separate agreement.
Information you provide
When you use our inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, company name if supplied, the service you are interested in, and the project details you choose to share. We also record the submission time and the status of our response. If you email us, we receive your email address, message, attachments, and any contact information you include.
Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry. Do not send payment card details, passwords, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information through the website form. You are responsible for having permission to share information about someone else.
Technical information and cookies
When you visit the website, our hosting infrastructure processes information needed to deliver and protect it, such as your IP address, requested pages, browser information, request times, and error or security events. The inquiry form also creates a protected identifier from your email address to limit repeated submissions and reduce abuse. This identifier is not used for advertising.
The website does not currently use advertising pixels or optional visitor analytics. Essential authentication cookies support the administrative area. Fonts, website imagery, and videos are served by our website rather than embedded social-media players. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent administrative sign-in. If we introduce optional tracking, we will update this notice and provide any choices or consent controls required by law before using it.
How we use information
We use information to answer inquiries, understand project requirements, discuss and provide our services, keep relevant business correspondence, operate and secure the website, prevent spam or misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Inquiry submissions are stored in our restricted administrative system. Authorized people working for Paertner may access them to handle your request. Hosting, infrastructure, and email providers may process information as needed to supply their services. We do not sell inquiry information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with a legal obligation, respond to a lawful request, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or resolve a dispute. If our business is reorganized or transferred, relevant information may be transferred subject to applicable law and appropriate notice. Links to third-party websites lead to services with their own privacy practices.
Storage, retention, and security
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed to handle your inquiry, manage an ongoing relationship, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to review or delete information that is no longer needed. Information retained in backups remains restricted and is not used for ordinary business purposes after deletion from active systems.

Our infrastructure and communication providers may process information in countries other than your own; contact us if you need further information about the processing of your inquiry.
